Jessica became fascinated with writing at an early age when her first poem—made out of magnet letters—was published in an anthology and later adapted into an elementary class in New York City. But within the last six years, Jessica's fixation has only been for journalism. She concentrates on her love of the arts and anything that feels creative, especially music. Her writing has appeared in The Buffalo News, The Eyeopener, Chart, Exclaim!, Broken Pencil and more. She has also done a web producing internship with Canadian Gardening, Canadian Home & Country, Canadian Home Workshop and Style at Home.
